Thomas Saw is the Founder and Master Trainer of TRT Academy, a Singapore-based trading education community established in 2009. With over two decades of experience in the global financial markets, Thomas has mentored hundreds of traders through his proven approach to market strategy, mindset, and money management.

Professional Journey
Thomas began his trading journey in the early 2000s, navigating the challenges of equities, forex, and derivatives markets. His years of personal experience — including both hard-won lessons and successes — shaped his conviction that most traders fail not from lack of strategy, but from lack of structure and mentorship.
In 2009, he established Traders Round Table (TRT Academy) with a mission to create a supportive, skill-driven trading community. Over the years, Thomas has designed and led numerous trading programs, live market sessions, and trader development courses that bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Today, TRT Academy is known for its hands-on, mentor-guided approach, helping traders from Singapore and across Asia strengthen their analytical skills, risk control, and mental resilience.
